Blog! Weblog?!! Idiot me!!
October 21, 2008To start with am not much familiar with good stuff in internet. I am a very basic user of Internet, only mails, chats and stuffs!!.
It was a year back, when I first heard the term Blog. Didn’t care to know what it means or what it does. Then once I happened to catch news in TV, about film stars blogging and there were few threads in our forum(sikkimonline.info) about blogging. So I thought blogging is about writing things about you or sharing info in the net. I visited few blogs, it was good to see people writing about their stuffs in Internet. Then I thought I must have one but it was tedious for me as i mentioned in my very first post. But eventually I was here blogging. But the term Blog was still nagging me, as I don’t know the meaning of it!! and its my first day of blogging!, but didn’t care to find out, as I dont run for good things!! anyways “who’s going ask me “what is blog?!” duh!!
Few minutes back i was getting bored so thought i’ll run through freeonlinedictionary and improve my vocabulary (as you know I suck at it!!), I was not able to think of any word and was just wondering about my 2nd post in my new blog, suddenly it struck BLOG! and thought why not run it in dictionary!, I entered BLOG and the result was

and I was like WHAT?!!……Weblog!! Idiot me!!,
The irony (am I right?): Somehow I knew all the way what it meant but didn’t knew it!!.
But Whatever, I am enjoying blogging!!

Well I am not a real blogger like rinchen..and I don’t have any tips to offer you..my own blog is a mess! anyways.. I think it’s a good start, btw what is “The 7e”? is it like lucky number of what? he he he… keep up the good work, god bless!

Btw – how did you get the images in the Recent Comments side bar? I’ve been trying to do it in mine but cant figure anything out! And yeah, I dont know anything about codes(?)
Well! Rinchen…I dont know actually!… i simply added widget ” recent comments” and it was there..tanda!! I think its theme doing the trick!!

Yah, I added widget – recent comments – myself. The comments show, the pics dont. You may be right about the theme. Mine’s K2. I like it but dont like the fonts. The original size was too small, then I asked a friend to increase it after which now, its too big.
